Tai Chi is a contemporary style of workout of the body and mind in varying tempos and intensity based on the ancient Chinese philosophy of yin/yang (balance and harmony). At Fusion it is taught in a non-traditional way with a focus on posture, balance, flexibility, and core muscle strength. It is a holistic health maintenance system that is for all ages, fun and easy to learn, cultivates and calms our mind and spirit, and is beautiful to watch.
